The website provides information about Rogg Tech, our services and our products, and lets you contact us, book a session, send a project enquiry, subscribe to updates and apply for roles. Our products, such as Shelteer and UpportuCity, have their own terms, which apply when you use them.
2. Enquiries, quotes and services
Information on the website, including descriptions of services and our brief builder, is general information and not an offer. Any quote or proposal we send is valid only for the period stated in it. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement or accepted proposal, which will take priority over these terms for that work.
3. Booking sessions
Session bookings are requests until we confirm them by email. Sessions are available Monday to Friday during working hours (West Africa Time). We may need to reschedule; we will let you know as early as we can. Please tell us if you can no longer attend.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- submit false information, or information about other people without their permission;
- upload files containing malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system;
- scrape, overload or interfere with the website, or bypass its security or rate limits;
- send spam or unsolicited promotional material through our forms.
5. What you send us
You are responsible for the information and files you submit, and confirm you have the right to share them. We use them as described in our Privacy Policy.
