This Privacy Policy explains how Rogg Tech Ltd (RC 9341708) (“Rogg Tech”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit roggtech.com, contact us, book a session, send a project enquiry, subscribe to our newsletter or apply for a role. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and related regulations.
This policy covers this website only. Our products, such as Shelteer and UpportuCity, have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
- Contact and enquiry details: your name, email address, phone number, company, subject and the content of your message or project brief, including budget range and timeline if you choose to share them.
- Booking details: the session type, date and time you choose, and any notes you add.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, CV, portfolio links and any information you include in them.
- Newsletter: your email address and the date you subscribed.
- Technical data: limited information sent by your browser, such as IP address, device and browser type, used to keep the site secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not include it in messages or CVs.
3. How and why we use it
- To reply to your messages and enquiries, and to prepare proposals you ask for, to take steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interests.
- To schedule, confirm and hold the sessions you book, at your request.
- To assess job applications and contact candidates, at your request and our legitimate interests in recruiting.
- To send our newsletter, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and spam, and meet our legal obligations, legitimate interests and legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where necessary, with service providers that help us run this website, for example hosting, email delivery and secure file storage, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Nigeria. When that happens we rely on the safeguards permitted by the NDPA, such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections or your consent.
6. How long we keep it
- Messages, enquiries and booking records: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a client engagement.
- Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can consider you for future roles. Tell us if you'd prefer we delete yours sooner.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
Under the NDPA you have the right to:
- be informed about how your data is used, and access a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected and, in some cases, erased;
- restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

8. Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, and for signed-in staff to access the admin area. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls and private storage for uploaded CVs. No system is completely secure, so if we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will notify you and the NDPC as the law requires.
10. Children
This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
